I'm only a couple days shy of 7 weeks, but I feel so silly taking a picture of really no bump! But I'm afraid I'll also think there's no bump until BAM, there is one! And then I'll regret missing out on the photos.
If you took weekly bump photos, when did you start?

I started at 16 weeks. I had just gained a bunch of weight before I got pregnant and I didn't want to take a picture of my "fat" bump, so I waited until there was a real one.

started at week 10, was going to do it every 2 weeks or so, but only ended up missing 2 weeks and have done it every week since.... now i'm almost week 31!

I started right when I found out I was pregnant! I looked more or less the same from weeks 4-8 and then really started getting either bloat or a small bump that got bigger from weeks 8-12 - at 12 weeks, my pics show a small low little bump. The biggest differences by week for me were between weeks 13 and 14 and then 21 and 22. It's kind of fun to see the differences!

I recommend starting right away. I took my first bump picture at 12 weeks, and I wasn't consistent with taking pictures every week. I felt like I was so big, and I was very camera shy with my new body. I wish I had gotten over that because I would have loved to document my pregnancy better.

I started at 6 weeks. I'll be 9 on Monday. My husband is the photographer and he laughs at me every week because there's nothing there yet.

hmm, food for thought. I'm thinking about starting when I complete 7 weeks. So, in my 8th week? the whole thing confuses me.
I figure I can always delete them later, right, if they are silly?

I started right away! I felt silly since there wasn't much of one but that's okay. I had my DH start taking them for me when I hit 16 weeks, the others are all with me holding my phone.

@tequiero21: No, actually had a miscarriage the first time and so I have a lot of extra photos that I deleted because I was bummed. Although I got pregnant again 6 weeks later, so I guess I'm extremely lucky in that. Actually, that cycle I documented a million things so I could figure out what was going on. I figured the photos might help?

I'm 5 weeks at the moment and I took my first picture this morning. My weeks roll over on a Sunday so I'm going to try and weigh myself, take a pic and take a few notes every Sunday.

I started right away, and then I noticed they all looked the same. I really started my 'official' collection at 16 weeks and I only took them every 2 weeks.

I started right away at 4 weeks...you need a before! And although there were no bump changes that early, I could see boob changes- ha!

@ohapostrophe: I am waiting so patiently for boob changes!! (as is DH..). I lost 20 lbs after our wedding (more accurately - I put ON 20 lbs stress eating before the wedding) so I lost a cup size! I haven't had any boob pain yet. hmpf.

I started at 12 weeks. I originally wanted to start sooner, but I was just so nervous in the first tri that I didn't. Looking back, I wish I had one earlier in the pregnancy so I could remember how much skinner I was. But I had IVF bloat, so it probably wouldn't be that great But 12 weeks was when I actually started showing, so it was a good starting point for me.

I started right away but got upset because I didn't really like looking at pictures of myself looking chubby instead of pregnant. Plus then I dropped my camera on the stone floor in our house and broke it. Now at 20 weeks I am just getting a bump and had DH take a pic this week...we'll see if I can keep it up!

I started at 6 weeks. I don't see much of a difference in the photos between 6-11 but now that I'm 14 weeks I can definitely see a small bump growing.

I was all about taking it once a week, but then I got lazy and have done only two. One at 20 weeks and another one at 30.
