I want to get some pictures of LO in her Easter dress in the bluebonnets. I just got a Cannon T3i and I'm still learning how to use it. Anyone have any tips for taking outdoor pictures? And how to get an 8 week old baby to pose?

No good tips for you, but I'm sure it'll come out super cute! And you're lucky, your LO isn't moving around yet so you can just stick her on a pretty blanket and shoot away.

Take your pictures either in the morning or late afternoon. The sun is difficult to work with in the early afternoon when its at its peak

In addition to what @lovelife said, place your LO in the shade, this way you won't get weird shadows on her face. Also, get down to her level. That will make the pictures look better. Lay on the ground if you have to.

Overcast days are the best for outdoor photos. But if it's sunny, take pics in the shade!

No good photo tips, but I drove between Houston and Austin this past weekend on 290, and the bluebonnets are out in full force right now - so pretty!
