I usually like to spell out my kids' first names when texting.
I did just use DS's first initial because it was the third time I texted DH a question and didn't want to type out his full name. Just didn't feel like it. Ha!

Yes, I use A and B for everything. Alice picked it up and calls Blake B now.

Sometimes. Also I put shortcuts in my phone so I can type two letters and it autocompletes to their full name.

Haha I totally do this when I'm in a hurry! My kids become C and O...

I created a shortcut on my phone so it automatically fills in their full names when I type the first two letters (they both have kind of long names so it's helpful!).

My DD's nickname is her first initial
We all call her G 50% of the time so I txt that a lot

I occasionally use my son's first initial, but most of the time his full name. Never an initial for my daughter as her name starts with an I, and it's just too confusing!

Nope. My stepson's nickname which we always use, is Jay. My daughters name begins with a J as well, so it would feel like I was referring to the wrong kid. One of her nicknames is Jo, so I have a super short option.

No I call her fia. (But I do call my husband B-- even though I never call him that out loud)

No. A couple of my online friends do, though. When they do it makes me feel like I should. Haha.

Rarely but I usually refer to my DH by his first initial because I'm lazy and his name is long

Yep, especially when I'm talking to my family or my birth club on here.

Her name is short so no. But since I only have the one I mostly just use pronouns and assume people know who I'm taking about. DH has a long name so I made a shortcut. Mostly because it kept autocorrecting to Christmas.

Usually I refer to her my her first and middle initial. My husband and I often call her that and she responds to it.

I use her full name unless I'm texting DH, then I use her nickname, which is longer!

Well they start with the same letter, so I usually do Em and Ev (which I do call them in person occasionally too.)
