So I really want to get a cute necklace with my LO's initals "NLH" or just her first initial "N". Any suggestions? Something that is easy to wear day to day and appropriate for a professional setting. I like those scrollwork necklaces but they seem sort of big and too trendy?

I have one of the "scroll" necklaces I guess. I received mine before everyone had it and when people still asked what it was. Eventhough is super trendy I love my necklace and plan to wear it for a long time to come. If you like them too, go for it.

You can get whatever you want on it, so you could just get one initial, 3 initials, the whole name, etc.
