Usually I still eat and unhealthily at that. But for the more extreme cases, starve.

@Rubies: Same here.
Totally forgot to eat yesterday and once I got the baby down it was a terrible but awesome combo of a turkey sandwich, chips, pop-tarts, and a handful or two of chocolate chips. And um, I was still hungry after that. I am killing my metabolism one hectic day at a time!

I starve...I get too anxious to eat or eat very little. It's great for the thighs!

Eat the last couple of days I've kind of gone off the rails. Sticking to healthy eating is a real challenge for me so when things get tough, that's the first to go

Starve. With all of the stress I'm under with my mom and having a newborn, I'm back down to prepregnancy weight. Some days I forget to eat much of anything, which I hate because it's obviously not good for my body, and it hurts my supply.

Depends on the type of stress. If it is anxiety about something (interview, tests, work event) I starve. If it is general annoyance or stress (baby is whiney, holidays are busy, etc.) I eat eat eat.

I'm a feelings eater- happy or sad or bored. And I definitely don't stress eat broccoli lol. And then I get even more depressed because of everything I ate...and I stress eat more!

I think it's the kind of stress for me! if it's a "i have too much stuff to do and not enough tiiiiiime" stress, eating is the first thing to go! if it's just worrying about something in particular kind of stress, that I can't really DO anything about, i tend to eat sweet things. so bad!
