Avocado. It manages to break all the rules of being a fruit. Its fatty, calorific and creamy tasting.

Definitely mango. Pineapple is annoying too but I have a little tool that cores it and cuts it into slices which makes life way easier.

Ha ha! What an old thread! The fruit I never buy, because I hate cutting it:
Pineapple (I'll buy precut)
Mango (precut from Trader Joe's is the best!)
Cherries
Plums

This thread makes me glad that my husband does all the mango cutting in our house. He's never complained, so I didn't even know it was difficult! He grew up in a tropical country with mango/ banana/ coconut trees and used to climb the trees to get the fruit, so he's been cutting them his whole life.

Tomatoes are my achilles heel. If a recipe calls for diced tomatoes, I buy canned. For reals.
I don't mind cutting the mangoes so much because I have one of those splitters, but I hate peeling them.

Yup, mango is a pain. Kiwis can be, too. Watermelon is easy but a PITA. Pineapples don't bother me at all.
Maybe I will get one of those splitters. Does everyone peel the fruit or just scoop it out?
