So, went for a jog/walk with my heart rate monitor for the first time today..... and it told me I burned 1118 calories. Yeah, highly doubtful. Although, my heart rate does run pretty high due to a heart condition I have. My normal resting heart rate is over 100. It has a chest strap, so it's contiuously taking my heart rate every 10 seconds. Realistically, at a brisk walk my heart rate sits around 180.

MapMyRun says 569 calories. MFP says 447. The calculator on Runners World says 561.

Trying to figure out what to log. Im thinking the MapMyRun number is probably the most accurate since it factors in elevation, etc and my heart rate monitor is on crack.
