I was working out on a regular basis while TTC and pre-TTC, but then pretty much as soon as I got my BFP, I stopped and morning sickness took over. Now that I'm about 14 weeks though, I feel great! My energy is back, and I don't feel sick at all.....but now....how do I get my butt up and moving again??
What did you use as motivation? I feel like I've been stuck these last 3 months and lazy! Help!
By my scale I've only gained 2-3lbs (15wks along), but I just don't feel fit like I used to. I thought I'd be more motivated to work out, so I think I just need to give myself some tough love & MAKE myself go.
