I know there are mama's out there who worked out while pregnant! I was a bump on a log my first two pregnancies and am determined not to be that way this pregnancy. I've been working out 4-5 times a week but since my BFP haven't hardly made it to the gym.

I normally wear a heart rate monitor and have been worried because I'm maxing out so fast and for what's not really a good amount of time to max my HR out at. THis is while I'm doing simple stuff like biking/light cardio. What kind of things did you do while working out pregnant?
