My LO is about to turn 3 and really wants to make cupcakes for his party using my stand mixer. We love cooking together. I make amazing cupcakes. It would be great except that I have celiac. We keep a strictly gluten free kitchen (and I cook for others with celiac so i can't make an exception). LO can eat wheat, he just doesn't at home. So, would it be weird to serve gluten free cupcakes to everyone? Would it be better to buy normal cupcakes? FWIW, I regularly make gluten free cupcakes for events and people don't realize they're gluten free.
