Ive been dropping pumps in preparation for LO turning one. I am now down to 2 sessions a day. When should I time them? Evenly spaced?
I was expecting some engorgement, but havent had any at all!
(We supplement so she is still getting her usual ampunt of ounces throughout the day. I am increasing the formula as necessary)

I pump while I eat breakfast at home and during lunch at work. I breastfeed when I come home though so maybe you should space them more evenly?

I did 10 and 3 when I was at work. I never experienced any engorgement either. Im still nursing twice a day now at 13.5 months, and just left LO overnight last weekend.. no engorgement then either!

@dillonlion: Just curious, how old is LO and how many pumping sessions did you do before? My DS is 9 months and I usually pump 2x day at work and 2x day at home. Bleh!

7 months: 6x a day (combo of nursing, and pumping)
8 months: 5x a day (EP from then on)
9 months: 4x a day
10 months: 3x a day
10.5 months: 2x a day (now)

@DillonLion: sorry, I just saw this.. CONGRATS! You're almost done! I evenly spaced them 10 & 10. Just as a cautionary tale.. After reducing to 2 pumps, I was producing quite a bit for a month, then my supply cut in half.. :(. I was lucky to have a freezer stash that carried me through til the end.. I'm now at 1 pump and it's amazing! You're almost done!

@LaineysMom: yeah...my supply cut in half immediately. So now i only produce 5 oz a day. Ugh this will be cutting it close if my suoply decreases from here. Trying to get 4 pumps in during days where I can make the time.
