I don't think edible arrangements uses nuts- you could give them a call.

Not exactly the same thing, but Carolina Cakes makes nut allergy friendly cakes (and gluten free!) and they are freaking delicious.

Fyi, Edible arrangements are NOT nut allergy safe.
Does it need to be food? As a person with a million food allergies, I prefer a plant/bouquet or pretty much anything not edible over food.

@Rocker2014: it doesn't have to be, I just thought it'd be cool I can stick with flowers though, better to play it safe!

@Applesandbananas: Does she have a restaurant or bakery that she uses regularly? You could try food from there!
