@Adira: I have to chime in and be honest that seeing non-IVFers using the term PUPO upsets me a little bit. I don't really know why other than going through IVF is an emotionally and physically exhausting experience. IVFers really ARE PUPO. Anyone else is not. Sorry.

PUPO indicates the egg is fertilized and as long as everything goes well, you are pregnant. It isn't a fun/lighthearted thing.

Hmm maybe we should coin our own phrase out of sensitivity for the IVF community who have been through so much more than us. PIPP Pregnant I'm pretty Positive? Or maybe PIM Pregnant In My Mind?

I never intended to use it to poke fun or make light of any situation, it was more of a 'think positive thoughts and positive things will happen' kind of thing. -

@winniebee: of course not. I'm picking my parents up from the airport in 20 minutes, if their fight is delayed I'll stop and get one but I'd not in going to have to wait until Monday. Ugh. I should have waited longer.

@oliviaoblivia: yeah I can see that the line is a little further to the left than you would see on an frer. You can play around with the coloring and there's an insane website (countdowntoptegnancy) where you can invert colors and you can see the lines better. Not that I've ever used it.....

Eta: I didn't realize there were online calculators for EDD. Looks like 12/31/14! Didn't see that coming!

@simplyfelicity: my digital was negative the first day at 9dpo and then positive at 14.

@simplyfelicity: due dates by ovulation are more accurate. My LMP was March 25, which would be a Dec. 29 but by ovulation it's Jan. 1st. Provided my squinter developed into a line.
