@septca: I'm sorry to hear that you're not getting the darker lines:-(. I know you're on the fence about blood work, but maybe in a couple of days it might help you see where things are at? Meanwhile, I hope that your bean is sticking in there very strongly and starts producing more hCG ASAP.

@septca: Just wanted to say I'm thinking about you, and keeping my fingers crossed for a sticky little bean!

@septca: I'm so sorry you are going through this. I really hope that it is just a matter of urine concentration. I agree with testing early and knowing about a chemical - it can only be helpful to know where the pregnancy is not succeeding for a quicker plan of action. Lots of and your way.

Do your OPK's always darken a day or two before getting a positive? This is my first month POAS-ing and using OPK's.
I have pretty regular cycles and got pregnant with my son on the first try, so I'm not sure why I'm not getting a positive yet (or darkening lines). It's freaking me out!

@ValentineMommy: Mine have been faint 2 days before, halfway dark the day before, and clear positive the day of. I've only used OPKs for 2 months, though.

@ValentineMommy: What CD are you? Are there any color on the OPK? Mine did gradually darken resulting in a positive on CD16.

@septca: I am so sorry, I am really hoping your levels are just taking a long time to rise, fx for a super sticky baby
@ValentineMommy: The brand I use (Babi) are super light and then will only get slightly darker the day before the positive. It made me nervous too, just keep testing

@septca: thinking of you honey. For what it's worth my BFP with my son took over a week to darken from 15DPO and never really got super dark. Perhaps you can get some betas done since you are at risk for Ectopic? I will be thinking of you and praying that your sweet litle baby sticks!! HUGE HUGS

@septca: just saw what you wrote about betas. Makes sense. I hope we get good news from you soon. I have a feeling that we will! Can you post your tests side by side?

@septca: I'm thinking about you! For what it's worth, it took about a week for my test to get darker. The ones inbetween my positive test and when it got darker were the same, if not a little lighter than my positive.

I just wanted to send a huge thank you to all of you ladies today. I really needed some support and you are all wonderful.
I took a test this afternoon when I got home because I was starting to feel more optimistic based on symptoms (lots of shooting/pinching pain, exhaustion, and sore chest). No hold, really light urine... And a BFP. It's a total squinter, but the fact that it's positive under those circumstances at 11 DPO makes me more hopeful. Keep me in your thoughts and I'll keep you updated (whether you care or not - ha ha).

@septca: hooray!!!!! Maybe you just aren't one of those people who get crazy hcg levels and you did say before that you drink a ton of water. Feeling very good about your pregnancy my dear and thinking of you.

@snowjewelz: I got AF yesterday. A strange blessing in disguise for me, because this means that maybe I'm starting to regulate...

Fertility Friend gave me my crosshairs -- actually gave them a day earlier than I was expecting!

Since I only had a 10 day LP last cycle I'm probably going to start POAS on the 27th.
I know some people get bummed by getting a by testing too early; I just want to have the hope and excitement of testing at all before AF just shows up.

@Espion: sorry but glad you could get some good out of it!
@lilyofthewest: good luck! Looks like you had some good timing
9 dpo and don't feel pregnant at all (whatever that feels like lol). Mentally preparing myself for a May cycle

@septca- so excited for you!! Wishing you a happy and healthy nine months!!!
I am still in limbo-- thank you for the daily slides on the list Snowjewelz!!! 14 DPO and counting. No sign of spotting yet. I don't have the heart to take another bfn pregnancy test- so I am waiting it out. Temp is still high-- I guess my LP is just longer now. Sore, full bbs still, and massive migraines which is typical for me. Thank you all for our support during this waiting game.!!!
I attached my chart-- I didn't chart beginning of my cycle because I lost my thermometer behind the bed. My longest LP is 13 days.
