Just curious how often people read food labels and how they choose foods/snacks.

Our household has been on a health kick for several months, with DH and I on an on-again-off-again no/low carb diet. We strive to eat whole foods and buy as few things in cans/bags/boxes as possible.

When we do, I look for sugar content, sodium content and what it is. I'm struggling with Goldfish lately because they seem like pointless empty calories. But my LO loves them...
