Nope, I kind of just went with changing them when I noticed my son was taking longer than usual to finish the bottle.

No - I just changed when I thought she could handle it. At 13 months (and just getting rid of the bottles) I even had one size 1 nipple that I still used for bedtime, so it would take her longer to finish her bottle and she would calm down more. You don't even need to ever switch the nipples if you don't want!! It just makes the bottles finish muuuuch quicker when you do

Nope, we are still on #2 which came with the bottles and LO is 6 months.

No, LO is just about 4 months and we use 1's. I didn't realize they were "newborn" and that there were others designated as "slow flow". But we BF at home, so IDK if there's a need to change it.

I don't use Avent but we switched when we noticed he was collapsing the nipple which was right when he hit 3 months - same time it was recommended.

LO is done with bottles now, but we only got up to #2 flow. which is pretty fast--one time he tipped it over when drinking from it in the carseat, and when i took him out when we got home, the whole bottle had emptied because of the drip. fun times and great smell!

We switched when I noticed it was taking a long time. She was super fussy at 4months old (gas from trying so hard to get milk out of the slow flow?) when we got a faster nipple things were SO much better. 15 minute feedings instead of 45min!

Nope, we stayed with #1 indefinitely. But I was also still nursing, so I didn't want him to prefer bottles.

Oops, I never even checked. DD is 3mo and we're still using whatever came with the bottles, I think it's #1. But she spits up if she drinks too fast so I think it's probably better for her as long as she seems happy with these.

Lol, I don't think I've ever seen that chart. LO is 5 months and we still use #1. She is still nursing though too, so it's probably for the best.

No, we used MAM nipples slowest flow with the Avent bottles for a very long time since we were doing combo bottles and nursing.
