Just because I like to reward companies who truly give a great customer service experience (note: I do not work for Medela :)). One of the rings that the bottle nipple goes in to somehow melted. I rarely put them in the dishwasher, but in this case DH took them out and didn't notice.
Not only will Medela be sending me a new one for free (even though they recognize that it probably wasn't a defect), but they're sending me three just in case! Now that's what I call awesome.
