Congrats! When I had DD she was in special care for a week, and I was to be discharged 2 days pp. instead the hospital kept me there but as an outpatient under the pretence that I needed to be there to look after my daughter. I still got meals and had a bed, but I could not receive any medical care. It might be something to look into if you really dont want to leave your little angel. I am in Australia too btw

Oh my god Jag!!!!! I saw on the April boards the other day that you we're feeling crampy and the like and I was wondering if you we're going to be meeting Baby Jag sooner rather than later....and now I'm so excited she's finally here! Georgia is a beautiful name and I can't wait to see pics!!! Side note: how am I not following you on IG yet?!?! Must fix that so I can see pics!

Congrats!!! I had a preemie too, born at 34 weeks. Please PM me if you want to talk. My LO ended up being in the NICU for 10 days and he is now 10 months and you would have no idea he was a preemie.

Thanks all! I still can't work out uploading pictures from my phone but I have plenty of them on Instagram & twitter (breathegently) & I'll try to add more soon.
Georgia is 5 days old now & still in special care. We are on alternate feelings - one tube feed, one suck feed from the breast/bottle. I'm also pumping every three hours. Zombie mama!

Thanks gorgeous peeps!! We are home as of TODAY and loving it. Georgia is 8 days old and absolutely beautiful. We are plugging away with breastfeeding, though both still learning as we go. We love her so much! And now... PHOTOS!
