I used sitter city which is a similar deal and it worked out great. I was looking for a regular sitter though so I did a lot of research and interviewing first.
If you will be in the house with your LO but just busy packing I would just get the same person for both days for consistency. It's not necessarily a bad idea to have the sitter come for a few hours on the day before so your LO will be a it more comfortable on packing day!
We moved a few months back with a LO and I remember how stressful it was! Good luck!

I was a nanny who got both her jobs from Care.com! & I had/have a fantastic relationship with both families. It's hard to trust a stranger but I knew that was difficult & I did my best to make it as easy as possible. I hope that helps!
