Bees - kind of last minute here, but looking for any advice or just moral support for a bottle bootcamp tomorrow. I plan to refuse the boob in order to force her to take a bottle.

My LO has refused to take a bottle the past 2.5 months (she's 4 mo), and I go back to work in 1 month. My ped recommended we get down to business with getting her to take a bottle before I go back to work.

My in-laws are in town helping with her tomorrow, so I'm enlisting their help. Down the line, we'll prob do a mix of in-laws and daycare for when I return to work.

A few questions for anyone who has done this:
- what was the last nursing feeding before doing the bottle strike? The night before, or did you nurse first thing in the AM then do bootcamp the rest of the day?
- once you got LO to take a bottle successfully, when did you try breastfeeding again? Were there any lapses after breastfeeding where LO went on strike again after nursing?
- did you have to do a bottle bootcamp a few times before you were successful?
- I assume bootcamp just lasts a day? My dr told me if she doesn't wet a diaper in 8 hours, I need to feed her. We did this before but can't remember what the diaper situation was since I wasn't tracking it.
- did you do any of the feedings during bottle bootcamp or did you have someone else do all of them? (I feel bad foisting LO on the in-laws, crying and screaming all day!)

I'm armed with a whole bunch of bottles (Avent, Medela, Dr Brown, Tommy Tippee, Momma, Comotomo), latex nipples, and some medium flow nipples (most are newborn so I got a faster flow one).

We'll be trying formula & breastmilk. I'm going to try to get the in-laws to do a lot of the feeding. I have to go out during the day for an appointment so we'll see if that helps.

We've tried this before, and I fed LO at 8am and then she went until 6pm without taking a bottle. (she took about 1/2 oz but I don't count that) We were all completely miserable at that point, so I nursed her at 6pm.
