Anyone have experience with implants and nursing? Or know anyone who's had implants but managed to nurse?
I can't imagine being engorged + having implants.

I think most people can breastfeed with implants in. Most of the time, they don't disturb the milk ducts to place the implants, so the equipment works just fine. Breastfeeding post reduction is another matter entirely!

I have implants but my kids never really took to breastfeeding. I tried with Liam but he just didn't want it. His father loved making jokes about it haha!

My sister tried with both of her babies and was never able to get enough milk through the ducts that were still working.
