So this is a dumb question but I've tried googling and can't find a good answer!

How long can a bottle of breast milk that was stored in the fridge be left out once its warmed out / out of the fridge? I know for formula you're supposed to throw it out within an hour or two, but the rules for breast milk are usually different.
