I have a large, hard and very tender lump in my breast that appeared in the middle of the night last night. Today, I've tried everything like massage, warm compress, hot bath 2x, pumping, nursing and it's not going away. It's not even getting smaller and my milk supply is dwindling fast. lo tries to nurse on that side but he pops off quickly. It's so painful, stings and very swollen. No red marks...Any advice?

Yesterday I accidentally hit my boob and I wonder if I damaged something. Also, LO hasn't been nursing near as much the last few days.
