I know there is no hard and fast rule, but just wondering what others are doing/did.

LO is FF and although we feed on demand she has roughly 24oz during the day; 8oz between waking and first nap, 8oz between first and second nap and 8oz between second nap and bedtime. We also do 2 solid meals; oatmeal or cereal for breakfast and mostly purees at lunchtime.

I feel as though most babies her age are on 3 meals per day, though days when we've offered dinner, she'll skip the majority of that last bottle. I don't know where I've got this from, but I feel as though 24oz is about right for this age? So if this is correct, do I continue to skip dinner until she's older and can eat more and still have the same total oz of formula?

I'm just confused because I've read that by around 12mths babies should be on solids during the day with milk first thing in the morning and at bedtime only...and not sure how we will move towards this.

Is this one of those things that just happens and I'm worrying over nothing??
