I need your advice!

We are about to really start solids. Currently, LO eats half breastmilk and half formula. She'll be 6 months old on the 27th. She drinks about 32-36 oz a day total.

Will we keep with the same amount of formula/breastmilk and just add food indefinitely? Can I back off on some of the formula? She's getting PLENTY to eat. She's a big girl, and she spits up EVERYWHERE. I've wondered if I overfeed her, because the amount of spit up is insane. I've hung out with a lot of other babies since she was born, and her spit up is above and beyond.

That is why I am asking if it might be okay to back off on some of the formula once we've gotten more solids in her? Or do I need to wait until she is closer to a year before even considering that? I also want to make sure to keep my breastmilk supply in place until she's a year old...so I don't want to get in the habit of too much solids and encourage her to wean early.

ETA: Also not sure where/when to work solids in while we are nursing at home/bottle of breastmilk at daycare followed by 4oz of formula at every feeding, which takes up a lot of time.
