I'm five days into dairy-free at the suggestion of the pediatrician to see if we can clear up some symptoms my LO has been having.
I've been told I should only avoid obvious dairy, like milk, yogurt, cheese, etc and not to worry about dairy that's in something else (like a baked good made with milk).
My go-to snack has long been greek yogurt with fruit or a cheese stick, and I'm really struggling to replace them. Part of this is probably because I most want what I can't have
Any snack suggestions ?
