I've been trying to increase my milk supply, so I added More Milk Plus Drops (alcohol free) to my repertorie today. Let's see if I get an increase.

I had a huge change in output after starting MMP. I wouldnt say it as overnight, but it was definitely quick. good luck!

I also had really good results with MMP. I think it took a couple days for it to kick in for me, but once it did, it made a significant difference.

I didn't see an increase using MMP but then didn't see an increase taking the maximum dose of Fenugreek either. Best of luck to you.

@LivsMama: @owlmom: did you ladies take 4 a day? I've been taking it for maybe 2 weeks but only 1 a day and last couple days 2 a day.

@regberadaisy: I took the drops 4 times a day, and I didn't drink any liquid for at least 15 minutes before and after taking it.

I started seeing an increase in milk after about a week of taking MMP. I had to up the dose to 5-6 times per day and not drink any liquids 15 minutes prior and after taking it to see results. I also took the dose for 175LBS+ even though I weigh less than that. Good luck!! If MMP alone doesn't work, I'd suggest adding fenugreek & blessed thistle -- when I did that combo, my milk went up exponentially overnight!

hm. I guess I better take it 4x a day and follow the water rule explicitly!

@regberadaisy: same as @owlmom: And when I took the caplets I followed the same rules.

I'm lazy about taking MMP and I don't follow the water rule so I didn't see a huge increase. I just got Milk Makers cookies in the mail yesterday and they are pretty tasty. We will see if they help a little bit. If not, I still get a cookie everyday!

@leelee: Milk Makers. The have oatmeal chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin and they are pretty big! I also know Mrs. Stroller posted a recipe for lactation cookies this week, but I don't have enough time for that. I ordered these from Amazon on Sunday and they arrived yesterday.
