What are you giving your daycare provider/babysitter/nanny/teacher for a holiday gift? Please state which one you have. I'm drawing blanks right now on what to give our in home daycare lady and her helper for the holidays!

Hmmm... this is a tricky one for me.
I have an in-home daycare lady, who is also a good friend. She just had a baby (2 weeks ago) and I've already gotten her a bunch of baby gifts.
I don't mind getting her a holiday gift, but I think she might feel awkward about it? If I get her anything, it will definitely be for HER, not something that's kind of a double gift for the daycare.
But, I have NO idea what I would get -
Oooh, I was waiting for these posts to pop up. We did something nominal last year because LO was only there one day a week. I want to do something more for these teachers because I adore them. There are five ladies though, so I have to keep it fairly reasonable. I'm thinking cash. Is that in poor form?
