Anyone use one of these for child care costs? We're looking into it (with my husband's work), and the language is so confusing. I assume I could talk to his HR person for clarification?
If you do use an FSA for Dependent Care Assistance, is it worth it? Any tips? Is it easy once it's setup?
) give birth in Oct and be back at work in December. So 2016 should hopefully be the year I can use this benefit. I have heard from co-workers that you have to pay for the daycare costs yourself and then apply for reimbursement. Also, I believe the daycare has to have a tax ID, so it can't be an in-home undocumented (?) daycare. That's what my coworker told me 2 years ago... when I asked him.
