Even though baby eats what you eat when BF it seems like the list of the foods to stay away from is much shorter than pregnancy food restrictions. I bought some fish dip to eat with crackers, but am now second guessinf whether to eat it. I also heard to eat foods that are a common allergies (peanuts, shellfish) to get baby accustomed to the foods and prevent allergies. Did you stay away from certain foods while breastfeeding?
