I recently saw dish soap specifically for items that come into contact with breast milk ??? I've just been using the Palmolive pure and clear for LO bottles and pump cleaning - should I be using this special stuff ??

I think dish soap specifically for breast milk is kind of insane. Moms have been getting by for many, many years wo special breast milk dish soap. I'm sure what you're using is fine. I used castile soap myself - it's what they gave us at the hospital, it's veggie based, and a little goes a long way.

It's just another way for moms to pay more money for something they don't need! I used regular dish soap and it's just fine!
