I don't know why I do this.. maybe because I can't see how many ounces she actually takes?
I find myself counting the number of gulps she takes every single time I feed her. It makes me really happy when she takes at least 100 gulps from one side.
Am I the only one who does this.. ?

I don't count gulps but I watch the clock. If she is drinking for more than 10 minutes straight on one boob, I'm happy.

i've never thought to do that. i base it on how long she feeds + how empty my boob feels. i do have an infant scale though so i'm gonna have to weigh her one of these days.

@ Mr. Bee and @Mrs. Bee: my mom swears that this is how it was done in the "olden days". She used to weigh us before we fed and then again after we fed to see how many ounces we "gained"!
