I did not feel it at all for the first several weeks and then it started to feel like a little tingle. Once in awhile if I've gone too long between feedings there will be a twinge of pain too.
Do you feel anything?

yeah I feel it several times a day. Especially once LO latches onto one side, the other side starts stinging, kinda like being pricked with several small needles. I wouldn't say it hurts but it is a weird feeling.
I'll feel it too if I'm away from LO and think about him possibly being hungry. Or if it's been 3-4 hrs between feedings.

i definitely feel it way more when nursing. it's a tingling sensation. if it's time for olive's next feeding or a baby is crying or i'm thinking about nursing, i will sometimes let down then too!

I felt that tingling sensation. Definitely less noticeable when pumping. It wasn't painful just kinda odd.

The tingle used to be really strong, but now (12 months pp) it's a subtle tingle.
