I usually forget that 'snacks' doesn't mean breastfeeding to everyone but that's what me and my husband have started to call it. Well that or the longer form of 'boobie snacks'.
Anyone else have nicknames?

Aww that's cute that you have a nickname. I've never been pregnant before so I never had one. I like your nickname for BF.

My husband will say "time for boobie juice".

Boobie time, a snackel, and I know there's probably a couple more that are escaping me at the moment lol.

Oh my. See, I don't have a child yet but I'm planning on breast feeding, if all goes well. I can't imagine calling it something other than breastfeeding. Does that change once you are actually breastfeeding?

I always ask my LO if they are ready for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, etc.

boobie time! that was our lingo for breastfeeding.

I referred to myself as "Bessie" a few times, lol, and to my LO as "the calf". There may or may not have been an errant "moo" thrown in as well

My sister calls it "mama's moo"

We refer to me as her Magic Cow and the milk as Magic Mommie Milk. Sometimes we'll say she needs a top off, but we've called it several things, none of which I can recall at the moment.

@mediagirl: Yes, add some sleep deprivation and sitting on the couch for the 100th time in a day (so it seems) and you will come up with some funny names!

I randomly use the plural of singular things so for us it is milks.

We call the little one a "milkpire" sometimes. One only needs to see her latch once to see why. She took to calling the boobie "boodie", which is nice because now that she can ask, it's nice to not have her yelling "boobie" wherever we are. She knows she only gets it before bed, but that doesn't stop her from asking!
