I really want to meal plan, but it just doesn't work out for me. I always end up not wanting to cook what I planned, I don't like eating leftovers, the kids eat much better when something is freshly made (for instance they'll eat certain foods at dinner but won't touch them when I pack it into their lunches the next day)...

I do enjoy a good meal, but I would seriously take a pill every day instead of eating if I could because it's usually a chore to me.

I've just always failed when it comes to meal planning, which sucks since I cook so much. Does anyone else have trouble meal planning?
