I didn't have time for breakfast this morning so I didn't eat, I always eat breakfast! My first session at work was only 4 oz, I can usally get 6-7 oz. It's also been a super stressful day for me. Is it normal to notice a decrease like this?

I do notice one. I had an apple, a Hershey bar, and chocolate milk for breakfast and definitely haven't been getting what I normally do (6-7 oz. per session). I'm going to have to pump at home too.

Yup! I didn't eat breakfast and had a light lunch. I usually pump 4
Oz while she's sleeping...haven't really had time or supply to pump extra.

Yes- not eating or drinking enough will tank my supply for about a day. Stress will also reduce my amounts.

Yep. I think this is partly why I gained a lot of weight postpartum. I was convinced that I needed to eat a lot to maintain my supply while pumping at work.

I think this is partly why I never produced much - I tried to limit calories and lose weight right away, not giving my body the calories it needed to produce milk. A lot of other small things factored into it of course, but I feel like this was just one more problem I had!

Yep, any time I would try to diet while nursing, I couldn't get anything.

Yes definitely and when I would eat really rich, fatty foods I would get more.
