Ours are next week! I'm excited. They tell us all the time about how she is doing but apparently they are really thorough with the conferences and even show you progress in your child's artwork/writing!

Yes, twice a year. You have to sign up for an optional meeting.

periodically, I want to say every 3-4 months.... go over developmental milestones, funny things they do, answer any questions, what they're going to work on next, etc

Yes. I'm excited but I'm also peeved that I'm stuck taking another day off of work.

Nope. We do get a questionnaire to fill out once a year, which talks about their development & advancement. Helps the teachers place/keep them in the proper rooms.

Yup, I have one today! I think they have a formal one once a year in the fall and in the spring you can schedule with the teacher if you want to.

I don't think they do. But we've only been at this daycare for 3.5 months. We did recently get a progress report though.

Yes and I was amazed how detailed it was! She even has a binder collecting her reports and she's just in the pre-tot class.

Yup, just had our very first one. It was so cool to see his progression of art and letters, etc.

Yes twice a year. They have a portfolio of work and do a Brigance screening that they go over with you. It is great!
