Whenever my LO is given a bottle he then gets real lazy at the breast and won't open his mouth to latch on, he just barely parts his lips like he's waiting for the bottle to do all the work. The little stinker!!!

Bottle feeding is definitely easier in the early weeks! I don't think LO ever got lazy though. She's always preferred boob!

What kind of bottles do you use? We had that issue when I was breastfeeding and had to suppliment with formula, but breastflow bottles got her back to the boob.

Make sure your bottles have the slow flow nipples. They mimic more closely how hard LO has to work to get milk from the breast.

this happened with my first baby... she had a lot of trouble latching because she got used to how to latch on a bottle too much (nipple "confusion"!). I also have one side that's flat and harder to latch onto... All that plus low supply were not a good combo for us! At least it sounds like your LO can go between bottle and breast pretty well though? Just keep it up!
