AF came back at 4.5 mths pp (even tho i ebf BOOOO), and since i have longish cycles, i'm still waiting for round 2 with AF. i noticed last week that my supply was dipping and was aware that this could happen. i'm still waiting for AF and wondering how long the supply hit will last (no, no BFP) i've had all my other PMS symptoms too...

i took MMP yest just to make sure my pumping output isn't bad the next few days.
