AF came back early both times for me (4.5 months and 6.5 months) and my supply always takes a hit during that time of the month...
With DS1 I took supplements, etc to keep up my supply because I was WOH more and pumping more. This time, I just feed DS2 bottles from my frozen stash and then my supply bounces back after AF.

I just got my period yesterday for the first time at 4 months pp. Very light, almost unnoticeable, but light cramps, migraine etc. clued me in. I noticed my supply dipped a little bit when pumping yesterday.

Mine dipped during AF, mostly in the earlier months post partum. I just nursed on demand and took more milk plus. He always got a bottle before bed too!

Ugh, AF came back 9 mo pp and wiped out my already low supply, permenantly

yup. Came back this time at 3.5 months pp and that whole week my supply was low.
