My cycle has been pretty regular since it came back at 2 months postpartum. However, the last two periods have been INSANE (long, painful, etc). I've noticed while AF is here this time, LO now nurses both sides at a feeding- which she has NEVER done!
Did your period affect your milk supply? Did it bounce back post-AF?

Yup. My supply was always a bit lower during my period. I noticed this when I'd be pumping at work. It always bounced back though and LO never seemed to mind.

I've definitely noticed this since af showed up 7 months pp. DD and I still have a strong nursing relationship at nearly 13 months though.

Yep. I have high and low points in my supply during different times in my cycle each month.
