I just bought my pump on Friday and I'm ready to start building a stash for when I go back to work.
My question is when do you pump during the day?
How many times a day do you pump?
Do you pump right after a feeding or wait an hour?
This is all totally new for me so I could use any great tips and advice. Thanks in advance! PS: My LO is 4 weeks old.

My question is when do you pump during the day? I was having trouble with breastfeeding the first month so I pumped a lot...every 2-3 hours.
How many times a day do you pump? 7-9 a day the first month, 5-7 the next month...
Do you pump right after a feeding or wait an hour? If I nursed, I would pump right after for 15-20 minutes.
My pump session in the middle of the night usually produced the most milk! Drink lots of water and rest up as much as you can. Good luck!
