if you breastfed, what happened to your supply when your period came back? did it go down and stay low? did it go down to zero? or come back after a while? no effect?
if your supply did take a hit and then come back, did you do anything to help it along?

Well it goes down with each period for a couple of days then goes back up at the end.

I don't think it was the sole reason for my supply dropping, but my period came back at 3mths pp and it did have an effect.

It dips but comes back. I got AF at 4 and 3 weeks PP.

AF came back at 4.5 pp, took a hit, so I started taking MMP, calcium+magnesium supplements, and drank milk tea.
Every month around AF I would pump 1-2oz less, but always had just enough to cover DS' needs.

I didn't notice a dip at all and I'm one of the lucky ones that got her back at 5 month PP.

Ugh, my supply TANKED when AF came back at 9.5 months. It stayed low for 3 weeks and is only now just coming back. When AF first showed up, I added a pumping session during the day at work. When that didn't help, I added power pumping in the evening. It's FINALLY back up, but I'm scared about what will happen when AF hits again...

Mine went down just before it came and came back up about half way through. I just kept pumping through it.

I'm yet to notice any drop but I didn't get AF back till 14.5 months pp
