My NK cells are high at 34%. My RE was concerned (saying normal was under 10%), and has started me on prednisone after ovulation/ER for IVF. I was talking to a nurse at a different office (out of state) that deals with a lot of NK patients who commented she's seen a lot of elevated levels, but never one as high as mine (usually 15-18%, sometimes 20%). She said it might have been an illness (I felt badly around the time it was drawn but thought it was due to starting cabergoline) or lab error. Has anyone had high NK cell levels, and if so, were you able to have a healthy baby? What treatment did you use?

No experience with this, but are you going to get retested? Might be worth it, because if you don't need to be on prednisone...

I had elevated nk with my first. I have had one successful pregnancy through ivf. I had to go through a few intralipid I.v.s before my embryo transfer. They did monitor me a lot prior to transfer and during the first trimester. I had more blood draws than normal. I did not have high nk at my most recent testing while trying for our second. We got pregnant with the embryo transfer but miscarried.
