What do you usually gift your teachers for end of school year gifts?
School will be done in a couple of weeks already, but I haven't thought of anything great. Would love any ideas for gifts you've given that seemed to be a hit.

I'm planning to do some movie gift cards in a cute pail with some popcorn and a nice note. M has a teacher and two assistants.

Our preschool class all chipped in and are buying them a butterfly bush and each kid decorated a butterfly and they're going in a grid that is matted and framed with their names below the butterflies. It's so cute! Another mom had the idea.

We have 7. I just got whole bean coffee and nice chocolate bars- for Christmas I did gift cards.

We did target GCs. We splurged a bit but my daughters teachers were truly something special this year! We also included the director and admin staff- it's our last year here. Last year we just contributed to the class gift I think.

Gift cards...I can only imagine how many mugs, bags, pictures, frames, etc. teachers have!

We just did something small since we just did teacher appreciation stuff a couple weeks ago and this is our last week of school. I sent a cute straw cup full of candy and a small gift card. It's not a lot, but at least they know we thought of them and appreciate their time and efforts.

We are doing another class gift--I live in a pretttty "yuppy"
area, so our class gift is a Coach purse for the teacher and assistant teacher. BUT I'm also going to write a nice note to the teachers AND email their principal because I just think they have been so fabulous this year. You know, you never know what it will be like when you sent your kid off to their first year of public pre-k, but the teachers were so good that I want their principal to know that.

I thought we didn't have to worry about this until August (when DD leaves pre K for kinder) but just found out that my summer baby who is now 22 months will be moving up early (on Tuesday) to the 2 year old room!
We typically do a target gift card for Christmas so I think we will do gift cards to our favorite local sandwich place. Everyone in town seems to like them and it is nice to support local businesses. There are 4 teachers to gift so I have to decide on an amount. Plus a thank you card!!

Last year I did jugs of local maple syrup and a donation to a library scholarship fund and it went over very well. This year I think we will have a class gift that will likely be amazon gift cards.

Hrm, gotta begin thinking about it. I am sure we're restricted in what we can give (public school), so that will factor into it, but I really like the idea of the donation in the teacher's names to the library.

As a teacher, I don't expect anything, but I have to say my favorite gifts are always handwritten notes or letters or cards, and you also can't lose with a target gift card!
