I know that every body and person is different, but please help reassure me that it is possible to EP for a year. One person who did it at work told me she did it due to her son having a cleft pallet. I was talking to the school nurse about having issues recently (I had to change my pumping schedule and I've gotten AF twice in 2 weeks) and she was talking about how I wouldn't be able to EP for a year. I also had someone from WIC tell me the same thing, (but she was very judgy when I was telling her about it and how she was still nursing 18 mo later).

I'm hoping that once AF is finally gone it will help and I'm hoping to make some of those cookies once I can find the brewers yeast. My one flat nipple isn't making thigs easier though, since it doesn't really like to fit in any of the shields.

Ughh.
