13 or 14 months (I can't remember) because I was pregnant and had no interest in nursing two at once. I hope to go longer this time though because I really enjoy it!

16 months. I was 15 weeks pregnant and my nipples were too tender to keep going.

At 18 months, I would have said we were going strong. At 19 months, for whatever reason, he started skipping feeds, and then when he would try, I'd have less milk, and he eventually gave up. I was happy with that, as it was right when we got pregnant with #2, and it will give me a bit of a break.

15 months. Quit at 6 months pregnant due to nursing aversion, and I was having trouble gaining weight. He was beginning to self wean anyway. I would've quit earlier due to the aversion, but he was having dietary problems and I wanted to make sure he was getting some nutrition.

16/17 months to start TTC. My LO was really sad, she totally wasn't ready.

We finished at 13 months. Hoping to go at least 18 months when we have another lo

We're still going at 21 months old. I attempted to wean him at 19 months and he rejected my suggestion!

I've done it twice! So my vote isn't really accurate. My daughter weaned around 18 months and my son (older) weaned around 18 months and got back on the boob a few months later when his sister was born. He weaned between2.5 and 3.

Still going strong at 16.5 months. Thinking about weaning around 18 months but we will see when we get there.

@mamimami: that's cool to know they can restart!
We're going strong at 14 months! I didn't vote because I have no idea when we'll stop.

13 months. He wasn't very interested in sitting still and snuggling any more

Still nursing 4-5 times in a 24 hour period at almost 22 months but baby #2 is due in late March so I can see weaning in our nearish future.

My preemie is 25 months (23 months adjusted) and we are still nursing at night time and during times of comfort. I have no idea when she'll be done. She's still very much a baby so I feel like I want to accommodate her need (and we aren't having another so it's ok). I tried to wean at 23 months but it didn't work. She really doesn't need it but still loves it!

We are still going and LO is going to be 2 this month. I'm ready to be done though. I hope she weans herself soon!

My LO is 17m and shows no signs of being ready. I'll let him self-wean, unless he gets close to 3 with no end in sight. I think 3 might be my personal cut off.

19 months with my first, we stopped because I got pregnant at 18 months, it was suuuuper uncomfortable. I hope to wean at about 18 months with #2.

A couple weeks after she hit 18 months. We had gone down to one session before bedtime and it was pretty much all comfort. I was feeling like it was a good time to stop and so we slowly weaned. Our last session was about a minute because we was more interested in books before bedtime.

I voted 23-25, because he's 22, almost 23 months and still LOVES his bedtime/MOTN/early morning nursing sessions. I'm trying to figure out a way to cut those out in the next few months, but I'm terrified of the sleep loss!
Hey @Kemma: congratulations!

15 months. She was only comfort nursing and I was feeling ready for #2. I tried not offering one morning and she never asked and that was it. Got my bfp two weeks later. I'll play it the same way again with #2. I'd have been willing to go longer but wasn't devastated when we stopped and think DD was ready.

Still nursing once a day most of the time at 23 months. I thought he would have self weaned by now but he still wants it at nap time. Hoping to fully wean around his birthday.

She is 27m and we are still nursing twice a day. I have no idea when that will stop but I am hoping to cut the morning session soon!

Still going at nearly 16 months! Waiting for him to self wean ... and I'm 11 weeks pregnant with #2!

DS just turned 2 and we're still going strong! I'm a little nervous of how it's impacting our TTC #2 journey....but not enough yet to wean him.

Still going at 13 months, but just morning and night. Starting to get some "pressure" to stop though, so all these reports make me very pleased!
