I've been using the Lansinoh disposable nursing pads because I got lots of them at showers, but they've never been my favorite. They seem kind of thick, and they get itchy after a little while. Does anyone favor another brand? I would like to stick to disposable because I only use them at night, and I like the adhesive.

I hate disposables
i use cotton in the day, and sleep on a soft towel at night (I sleep on my belly) -
@pastemoo: Do you not wake up because of the wetness? I have to change the towel 2-3 times because I leak so much at night.

I use the johnson & johnson ones. They are thicker and have adhesive and i use them day and night. I havent used the lansinoh so i cant tl you any comparison.

@c.sassy: I am wet every night from the night sweats still, so... I really can't avoid it anyway. Once the night sweats stop I may re-evaluate.

So far I've tried lansinoh and Medela, te lansinoh are better IMHO. I'd like to try the j&j ones next. I do use cotton on one side (I leak way more on the right than the left?) during the day, but at night I wear disposables on both.

I forget the brand, but I bought organic cotton nursing pads. Liked that I could wash and reuse

I love the Lansinoh ones!! I tried organic cotton ones, but they were soaked too quickly and they didn't hold their shape well so they were visable under clothes.

I think it's that my bra is thicker, so you can't see any lumps.

@c.sassy: Are your Lansinoh pads the new ones with two stickies on each pad? I guess they look a bit lumpy but not enough to bother me, I guess?
