Thx all so much. I will update after my Tuesday scan. Today I am just tired and sick to my stomach. Cried all day yesterday and DH joked that I looked like rocky the whole time I was worried about molar, ectopic, etc. but a clot? Also Dr doesn't think it's an SCH because it is a lot more caudad (below) than the sac. But still very large at that.

I had blood detected in an early ultrasound, spotting, then fresh red blood which made me freak out too. Turned out to be an sch in my case, and I'm now 34 weeks. Good luck and hoping for the best!

So sorry, this is so much to deal with! I remember what it was like because I had bleeding in both of my pregnancies. The first was a SCH and the second I just bled everytime my period was supposed to begin - it stopped sometime after 3-4 months but it was so scary. Hope you get good news on Tuesday.

    Good luck!

I had bleeding from 7-10 weeks it would only last about a couple of days each time. Each time it was different, the first time it was just pink then it turned brown... the next week it was bright red... the next week it was a lot of brown with clots. Each time there was not enough to fill a panty liner it was just look like a lot when I swiped. It was especially the scary the last weeks because I swiped 3 times and each of those time the tissue seemed to be covered.

I contacted my OB each time and basically I went in for an ultrasound every week and the baby was fine each time and I got a ton of pictures of it. I suddenly stop bleeding around 10 weeks when I took my pelvic rest advise very seriously. I just had my 13 week NT scan and everything is looking good.

Bleed is larger at 25x3mm. No heartbeat yet. Have to go back Friday ... really not feeling optimistic. I am 6 weeks 1 day today. Just saw the yolk sac again. Is that at least normal? Felt like I should have seen a little more.

First nurse didn't measure the bleed (well I'm sure she did but didn't tell me measurements). It looked at least 4x the size from Friday though..

    So miserable.

@mrs bunchy: I'm sorry. Hugs. It might just be too early to see the heartbeat. We barely saw it at 6 weeks 2 days. What did they say about the bleed today?

@mrs bunchy: So sorry today wasn't good news Did you have a chance to talk to the doctor yet today? And have they said anything about stopping the baby aspirin?

I went in at 5weeks 4 days and only saw the yolk sack. I think you are still in the range of normal hugs! Praying Friday is better!

A lot of people didn't see the heart beat that early but a few were lucky and did see one but were warned by their doctors that 6 weeks is really early and might not detect. Just thought this would be somewhat comforting.

    Good luck. *big hugs*

    @mrs bunchy: I didn't see a heart beat at
6 weeks 4 days all we saw was a yolk sack and pole.......

I am so sorry you are in this limbo, it is so unfair, praying for you!

@mrs bunchy: it may be too early to see heartbeat. There are a lot of HBers who didn't see HB that early.

@Mrs. Bunchy I only saw the yolk sack at 6w5d (and I'm a charter so I know the date was pretty certain). We finally say the hb a week and a half later. The waiting was the worst thing ever. I was miserable and got nothing done the entire time. I hope everything turns out well for you.

I had an US at 5 w6d and there were no heart beats, just sacs, etc. Wasn't until the second US 10 days later that we got to see them. Hoping for the best possible outcome for you...

    Update:
We have a heartbeat. Not out of the woods yet. Baby is measuring 4 days behind. Bleed appears to be clotting- so keep doing what I'm doing. U/S next Tuesday to hopefully show a weeks worth of growth. ❤

    Any experience with this?

Well that mostly seems like good news! I don't have too much experience with a bleed. I DO have experience with waiting and feeling so in limbo, and it is in some ways rougher than actually knowing I was miscarrying.
ETA: Just do your best to pass the time and stay busy. No amount of worrying or googling will change the outcome. It is so so tough!

@mrs bunchy: at my first ultrasound baby measured 3 days behind my lmp date, but caught back up. 4 days doesn't sound like too much! Grow baby grow!!

@mrs bunchy: Great news!! Yay for seeing a heartbeat Generally, I have heard that anything within a week is considered normal growth fluctuation. Hopefully that little babe is about to go through a big growth spurt and catches up, and I hope your bleed continues to heal!
