my kids are 3 months and we're feeding them around 5oz during the day (if i need to do something or take a nap), 6oz for the first bottle (formula) and 7oz for their last feeding (breastmilk)... the rest of the time, i just breastfeed on demand. i really don't think they take in 5oz...

Mine didn't take much more than 3-4 oz of pumped milk at a time from the bottle until about 5 months, now he takes anywhere from 6-9oz per feeding. Once in a while he will shock me with 12!
Usually I'll give 6, if he still acts hungry I'll add in another 3 oz after he finishes the first bottle- this way nothing gets wasted. Breastfeeding has gotten significantly shorter too this month- 5-10 minutes and he is done!

I feed LO pumped breastmilk - he's 6w but only 8 lbs and takes 3 oz pretty consistently sometimes 3.5 oz.

During the morning hours she'll take anywhere from 3-4oz and in the afternoons it's usually 2-3oz. But my mom feeds her about every 2hours. She's been eating that much for about 2 weeks and turned 9 weeks on Saturday. She's 12lbs!

olive drinks 4-5oz of breastmilk in the day, and 6-7 oz at bedtime. she is almost 9 months old. i know she doesn't get as much from nursing because she always sleeps better with a bedtime bottle than with nursing.

DD is 3 months, and she has been finishing her 4-oz bottles of formula at most feedings lately. (She eats usually 7 times per day.) I have no idea if this is the "right" amount of food for her weight, but I hope it is! I guess it's time to buy the bigger 8-oz bottles!

I have a preemie, he's a month old but born 6 weeks early. We think he weighs almost 6 lbs now, he was 4.5 lbs when he was born. He eats about 2 ozs at each feeding.

LO is 10 weeks od (2.5 months) and she drinks 3-4 oz of breastmilk or breastmilk mixed with formula
